These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of software products listed on tools.cyberdudebivash.com ("the Store"), operated by CYBERDUDEBIVASH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us").

1. What you're buying

Each listing is a software license granting you the rights described in that specific product's Gumroad listing (personal use, commercial use, white-label, etc. as stated per tier). Source code delivery does not transfer copyright ownership — see each product's included LICENSE file for exact terms.

2. Checkout and payment

All payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., not by us directly. Gumroad's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the payment transaction itself.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly on successful payment via Gumroad's download/library system. No physical shipment is involved.

4. Refunds

See our separate Refund Policy. Some products explicitly state no refunds are offered for digital delivery — this is disclosed on that product's own page.

5. No warranty beyond what's stated

Tools are provided "as is" per each product's LICENSE file. We do not claim any tool is certified against a specific compliance framework unless explicitly stated with evidence on that product's page.

6. Acceptable use

Offensive-security tooling sold here (recon, exploit-chain simulation, pentest automation) is licensed for authorized security testing only — testing systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You are responsible for lawful use in your jurisdiction.
