Refund Policy

All products on this Store are digital, source-code deliverables fulfilled instantly via Gumroad. Because delivery is immediate and the product (source code) can be copied on download, our default refund policy is stricter than a physical-goods store's.

Default policy

Refund requests are evaluated case by case within 7 days of purchase, and are generally limited to cases where the product materially fails to match its listing description (e.g., the delivered files are corrupted or the core functionality described does not work as stated). We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind after source code has been downloaded.

Products that explicitly offer no refunds

Some listings state their own no-refund terms directly on the product page because of the nature of the deliverable (e.g., TrustGov AI™ states this explicitly). Where a product's own listing states no refunds, that product-specific term takes precedence over the default policy above.

How to request a refund

Email contact@cyberdudebivash.in with your Gumroad order number and the reason for the request. You can also start the process directly from Gumroad's own receipt email.

Enterprise / custom-quote tiers

Tiers marked "Custom Quote" are negotiated directly and any refund terms for those are set out in that specific agreement, not this default policy.
